All merchandise is unique

Some merchandise will be slightly different than pictured. Although each item is represented as accurately as possible, many items and one-of-a-kind pieces may vary slightly. But relax. Katrin makes sure each piece looks absolutely fabulous and has its own character.

Custom Designs

If you would like a piece in the current collection in another color or pattern, or a special one-of-a-kind dress, skirt, shirt or accessory, Katrin can create what your heart desires.

Shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of merchandise. In some instances, merchandise can be shipped within one week. If arrival is delayed, you will be notified by email. All items are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail.

Return Policy

All merchandise and custom pieces are specially made for you once you place your order and the order is received. Because of this, please note that Designs by Katrin Reifeiss does NOT accept returns. Designs by Katrin Reifeiss only assumes responsibility for her error or defective merchandise. Claims must be made no more than 2 days after receiving your shipment, via email with the word RETURN in the subject line. To avoid confusion, contact Katrin via email before sending the item.

Cleaning Instructions

All Designs by Katrin Reifeiss pieces are recommended dry cleaning only, or hand wash in cold water with Woolite, hang dry.
