In an ongoing effort to create zero waste, this item was made from textile scraps. As an alternative to paper use reusable furoshiki to wrap gifts. Furoshiki is a type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth to wrap gifts or other goods.

~ silk noil furoshiki hand-dyed using Japanese Shibori technique and then dyed in indigo.
~ two furoshiki both 25 1/2” x 25 1/2”
~ these furoshiki can also be used as headbands, neckerchiefs, carry goods and more
~ directions for folding a furoshiki are included

Care instructions:
recommend wash separately in cold water with mild detergent by hand or gentle cycle. dry on low setting or hang dry. iron if need be.

each furoshiki is hand-dyed and constructed by hand in our studio. as with any handmade item our pieces have slight inconsistencies, variations in color and texture are intentional which adds to their charm and makes every item unique.

Proudly sewn and dyed in the Hudson Valley.
Use often, repair if possible, pass on or recycle when no longer loved.
