SHIPPING
All orders in the USA are shipped via USPS Priority which takes 3-4 business days to arrive from when order ships. Every order will have a tracking confirmation number. Designs by Katrin Reifeiss is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit or are delayed due to weather, natural disasters or other courier delays. Standard shipping does not include additional insurance.
All international orders are shipped via USPS and can take up to 10 days.
RETURN POLICY
Most items are specially made once you place your order and the order is received and is considered a final sale, no returns. Made-to-order will take 8 to 14 business days to process. Each item varies due to the hand dye or hand painted process. I want you to love your purchase, so am happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for another item or refund unless the item is damaged. All items must have their original tags and packaging. Refunds or an exchange will be given once item is received.
GIFTS
I am happy to send your purchase wrapped as a gift. Please mention in the notes section, when you checkout, that you would like your purchase sent as a gift with the recipients name and address, and the message to include on the card.
